Midas Parking Expansion – 1011 Union Street
Bangor

Adding 22 parking spaces (43 total) to the tight Midas lot using a parcel bought last year from Encompass Health, plus a second handicap space and signage to fix wrong-way driving.
Impact summary
Relieves chronic parking crunch at the Midas shop next to the new Encompass Health facility; an easement is being pursued for a pavement encroachment on the western lot line.
