73 Main Street Facade Renovation and Service Windows
Bangor
Description
Replace gray metal siding panels with faux brick veneer, replace awning underside tiles in-kind, and add two walk-up sliding service windows facing Cross Street, with a condition that an old alarm box be removed or painted to match.
Impact summary
The ice cream shop's dated 1960s-style facade gets a facelift that echoes the original 1928 building, plus new walk-up service windows for customers.
